EnerGel Deluxe RTX Retractable Liquid Gel Pen, Medium Line, Metal Tip, Sky Blue Ink, Box of 12 (BL77-S)

These are my favorite pens for writing, and turquoise is my favorite color. I am so glad that Pentel has made these available in a one color pack! Now I don't have to buy a pack with just one or two of the color I am looking for and try to find a use for the other colors. These pens are comfortable to hold and write very smoothly. They are a pleasure to write with! I would use them for everything except for the fact that they are not archival. If you spill water on your paper, the ink will run significantly. I don't use them to write checks. Other than that, I am a happy customer! And I thank Pentel for making them available like this. I actually requested it a couple of years back, so I like to think they did this for me! And just so you know, sky blue = turquoise!

I've been using Energel RTX 0.7mm (METAL TIP) liquid gel ink pens and replacements for years - very fluid writing experience, dries fast and NEVER leaves lefties covered in ink. This is also my very favorite color - could only find a good deal on a whole box - hope they will provide reasonable ink refills in time. This color is DIFFERENT than either the turquoise or blue - Sky Blue is the Goldilocks version. Please note that if you want a smooth writing experience, be very careful to ONLY purchase the METAL TIP version (not the other one not so lefty friendly like this one)… This is the ONLY pen type I ever buy, and I keep them stocked for working from home (a box of refills lasts a good long time too) - when you can find them. Note: Each refill has a plastic-dipped tip to help them from drying out.

Just love these pens. First bought one at Staples in the summer of 2015 when they promoted them at the register. Since then I had been unable to find this color. I was delighted to find them here. The ink flows beautifully and doesn't smear. Very happy and will be purchasing again.

I like this sky blue color. It is beautiful. Much better than navy blue or other blue colors. Of course, it depends on each person. I was looking for this color and I finally found this one and bought it for my office use. I will buy it again when my supplies are gone.

I have always loved the Pentel EnerGel pens for how fluidly they write. They lend an air of elegance and sophistication to my business documents and signature lines. The Sky Blue is by far my favorite color.

I love the color of the ink - a nice turquoise. Pentel EnerGel Deluxe RTX Retractable Liquid Gel Pens, whatever the color, are fabulous.

I love these pens, just make sure you're getting the right color the pack I bought is 'light' blue.

This is a nice pen that dried instantly. I never managed to smudge the ink. It is not a pen that you can refill and so is not as high quality as the Pentel Energel Sterling pen, which I have. It does feel a lot better quality than most disposable pens. However I would recommend buying the Pentel Energel Sterling and buying the refills as it is a far superior pen to write with and they are using the same Energel ink. Despite this the black ink I use in my other pen seems to take 3 seconds to dry and the blue in this pen is instantaneous. Maybe it is something to do with the colour? If I didn't have the other pen to compare this one to I would probably give this pen five stars, but as it feels like a poorer cousin I felt I had to lop off a star. All in all a good pen that you can't go wrong with.
