Great source of iron

I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now and I’m already feeling less sluggish. Yes, they smell really gross, but I find that unless you’re taking a tablet, you will smell the capsule. It’s doing its job. Just hold your nose and wash it down with something you love.

I have been using this for a few years now. My doctor could really see a difference in my blood test since I started taking them. Before I had been struggling to keep my iron up, no matter what I used. She was so impressed that the next appointment she asked me to bring the bottle in. I did, then she took a picture of the he bottle and told me to “keep taking them”.These capsules or the gel tabs are great. I find the capsules would cause me to have little burps once in a while with a little bit of aftertaste. But now I make sure to take them with a little bit of food of any kind and I never have that anymore.My doctor said you should always take any kind of vitamin with a little bit of food to help with digestion. And it worked. 😃

Wasnt whatbim accustomed. Thought it was red in colour like the chewables amd softgels. Found it wasnt working fast enough like the softgels. I was actually getting pale. So back to taking the softgels.

I had a phase with low iron numbers on my blood work. Starting taking these and the numbers are in the high average range and I am not a huge Iron food eater. Easy supplement to swallow and kill is not too large to get down.

If you can get past the taste go for it. I returned these for the softgels. The smell and taste of these just reminded me of eating chicken bouillon or some chicken ramen. I don’t know what it was but pretty sure my pregnancy didn’t help. My husband couldn’t stand the smell of them either. These were tough to swallow by smell and flavor alone—-I mean why is there a flavor?!?. I thought I was gonna puke every time. I thought I ordered the softgels. Softgels are sorta big but don’t have that weird smell and taste these left lingering on your tongue. No I didn’t keep them in my mouth long. I did everything to swallow fast and it was a bad experience. Great product but the taste is horrendous, I recommend these but in the softgels. The tablets aren’t bad either.

I always take with food just in case, but I've never had issues digesting these. When I forget to take them I notice I feel sluggish and tired. Then I remember why!
