Ordered these for my nephew to learn how to skate with. His brother is a a hockey prodigy, so he idolizes him and wants to learn how to skate. Our biggest fear was the falling forward and hurting his wrists. These come with very nice pads for the wrist to keep them from damage - a lot of the other packs we looked at did not. They seem to be made of great material and the plastic on them is solid. The padding is ample for what they are - I mean you can’t wrap a kid in foam, so this is the next best thing! They are simple, with left and right markings as a guide. We got small and they are a tad big for him, but he will have years of growth and with the straps, they will still be useful. All around great product for our use!

Purchased as a birthday gift for 10 year old granddaughter. Size chart is accurate, purchase by weight of child vs age for proper fitment, quality appears to be good, she loved the purple color and was excited that the pads came in their very own storage bag complete with a caribeener to hook the bag to her backpack or skateboard bag. Would highly recommend!

For what they are and what you pay for, they are 5 stars. My 6 year old is a big boy. Tall and thick. These pads fit okay. The wrist guards are a great fit. The elbows and knees pads are decent... A little tight and won't fit for too much longer, but they work for a first set of pads. Luckily for us, it's still winter-ish time so the pads are worn over pants and a sweatshirt. Despite them being tight, this is actually helping with fitment because the pads aren't right up against his skin which I'm going to guess would be uncomfortable. I'll definitely be looking for pads that have the built-in sleeve. I know this will add to the comfort, fit, and putting-on of the pads. Straps-only is a little bit of a pain. But again, you're getting exactly what you paid for... A budget, first-time set of pads that continue to protect my little guy as he learns to shred on his new skateboard.

My son loves it. Protection is good. It's comfortable. It serves it purpose. Value for your money. Recommend it. I'm very much pleased. The color was cool. Easy to put on.

This is the second set of these pads we’ve purchased. Our eldest has been wearing those on scooter and now skateboard and has been comfortable in them. He’s taken a couple knocks and the pads have protected his wrists and knees a bunch. The only difference on this set was the color for our younger child. Seeing the size difference in the boys it’s clear the pads will last a long time while they grow. No complaints here, they’re cheap pads that do the job they’re supposed to do while scooting around. I don’t see any certification for protection like you’d be looking for on something like motorcycle gear, but then again, your 4 year old isn’t likely to riding your R1 at the skatepark...

The color and overall look is nice, and the wrist guards and elbow pads fit nicely. However, the knee pads and the elbow pads are the exact same size. There literally is no difference between the knee and elbow pads. The elbow/knee pads fit well on the elbows, but too small on the knees.

Fits a 6 to 7yr olds. Work and fit well, stay in place.

This protection set is awesome! My 2 year old son is starting to discover all sorts of activities including bike, scooter and skateboard, he falls all the time as expected so far I haven't heard him cry not once :) the material seems very durable and protective but still soft enough that it doesn't restrain his movemments. It is also very easy to put on and take off and we can very quickly put on the knee, elbow and hand wrist protection with the strong valcro straps. We went on a camping trip with quite bumpy terrain and it works very well. We bought the blue one and I really like the color. The small mesh bag is very practical to pack everything for travel. Small size is perfect for a 2 year old but can be probably used for up to 5 year old. Definitely an excellent purchase and highly recommended.

Comfortable and fits well.

My daughter uses it for roller skating, she liked the color and it saves well. However, I did not like the size as I ordered the small size but was still big and also I do not like the way it sticks to keep the product on.
