QC15 Headphone Cable, QC15 Replacement Audio Cable Extension Cord Line Compatible with Bose QC15 QuietComfort 15 Headphones

I don't what is wrong with this cable. When it is plugged into the earphones with the volume adjusted on my iPod to full, at best the volume using these is 2/3 of the volume when compared to my old Bose cable. I ordered this because my old cable was wearing out. I also compared the cable to my earbuds and result was the same.

I have old QC15's that are still in perfect working order; have replaced the ear cups a couple of times and finally the original cord gave out after many years of travel and use. This replacement fits perfectly and so far has worked flawlessly; very happy with this purchase

The description says the cord has an "Inline remote and microphone function." The item I received does not have either. The photo shows four gold bands on the input side (the side that goes into your audio device) indicating that it has a microphone, but the item I received only has three, which is for stereo audio only.When contacted, the seller replied that "this is no inline remote one,...the inline remote one is out of stock... you receive is the image on the webstite."

Seems like a very high-quality cord, identical in appearance to the Bose original.

Ok, this doesn’t fit the old QC-2 headphone due to an extra flange on the jack. However, the seller was very responsive when I pointed this out and issued me a full refund. I would purchase from them again.
