First of all, my compliments on the amazing frangrance! I am in love with this scent and am anxious to start using it. On the other hand, I am sorry to say that the item was not packaged properly. There was no outer product packaging to speak of other than the shipping box that it arrived in without any protective materials or fillers. I believe that the poor packaging is likely what lead to the damage of the item if not a manufacturing defect. At first, nothing was wrong with the item at first glance until my attempt at untwisting the cap. Upon removing the cap a piece of glass fell out making the use of the euro dropper completely useless. Somehow I don't think it was the strength of my fingers untwisting the cap that caused the damage. I was considering returning it but i think I shall find a separate bottle to transfer the contents and avoid the hassle of returning it. Want to recommend but I hope they improve their packaging quality to hopefully prevent a repeat.

Amazing scent. Great price point. Easily dispensed.I use it to make my husband's beard oil and also to use as a natural deodorizer in my home.Would recommend and would purchase again.

This smells more like pine and peppermint. It still smells really good but I was looking more for a smoked wood scent.

I bought this to pop those tiny little rubber bands for your hair because tiktok told me to and let me tell you...it freakin works! I am not an essential oil girly so I did not use this for its intended purpose and cannot speak to how good it is as an essential oil, but it worked amazing for what I wanted to use it for. I just sprinkle a couple little drops on my rubber bands and they pop right out of my hair and then I don't have to spent forever ripping my hair out trying to get those tiny little rubber bands out. It also leaves a nice little lemony scent in my hair for the day which is nice.
