This unique bodkin is fantastic for pulling elastic or cording. Extremely easy to use.

I bought this to use for sewing and it's saving me so much time. Very very nice little tool.

I bought a metal Dritz bodkin because it was a buck cheaper and was a more traditional shape. It lost the string in the casing three times. I returned it and bought this one instead. Worked like a charm. Didn't lose the string in the casing. Held fast and I was able to thread the string the first time around. The end is nicely designed with a ridge so I can easily find it in the casing. Highly recommend.

Extra long! Very useful for turning tubes

I like this bodkin for casings at least 3/4 inch wide. It clamps on to the elastic or cord easily and snug so these don't come off while you are threading them through, However, the clamp does take quite a bit of room so you need a larger casing. Sure beats a safety pin! Not good for threading a 1/4 inch elastic through a 1/2 inch casing as the clamp is too large.

Bought this Bodkin to make it easier to make scrunchies from extra material from my daughter's wedding dress. Very easy to use to hold the elastic thru the material. It also has a good grip on the elastic.

After using several hacks, capped pens, safety pins and more, I decided to purchase the correct tool for rethreading pull strings and ribbon. It's been great. the clamp is secure and easy to use and I haven't had an issue with losing the item being threaded yet. The device is a bit bulky so probably not suited for very small openings, but otherwise it's been great. Certainly not something one needs, but having the right tool for the job is always satisfying and makes the job so much easier.
