Great camera for day and night, night vision is as clear as the day view. Zoomed view is just as clear. No glitches or errors with the 6 I purchased along with a separate purchase of a 1TB Zosi DVR 8CH. Easy set up and easy playback.

I bought these to incorporate into my system that did not have audio on the cameras. Mistake on the initial purchase. I like the range of view and the amount of sound that the cameras pick up.

The ZOSI security camera system has truly given me peace of mind. The setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I had everything up and running in no time. The cameras provide sharp, high-definition video both during the day and at night, with clear night vision that makes it easy to see every detail.

For the money this is a pretty good system. I had an old Shield camera system that I brought back in 2014, I think. I am using two of those camera's on this Zosi's system. They work but they are defiantly not as clear as the Zosi's cameras. I have not hooked this up to the internet therefore I am not using the Zosi app. I am just using the system software and the one thing I do not like is the software will log an event like a vehicle detected and when you go to this event, there is nothing there. However, if you go to time search an play it back 5 second before the event was logged, you will see that a vehicle pasted. So their software is about 3 to 5 seconds to slow on it's logging time for events. If they could fix that, it would make this system perfect. I haven't used the app so I don't know if it's the same, but I suspect it is.

Great camera for the price Will buy again

Everything hooked up and set up easily. Out of the box, one camera shows a hazy white dot in the middle of the screen during nighttime. Makes it difficult to see what is going on with that camera. Picture is acceptable and clear. The microphones aren’t very good, very hard to hear what’s being picked up.

When they work they're great, but... Bought 4 NEW cameras, by the second night of use 2 of them had developed a problem with night vision. Amazon Support quickly sent out replacements and I was happy. Two weeks later one of the original 2 and one of the replacements also failed, Amazon rerplaced one but referred me to Zosi Warranty for the other one. So far, they all had the same problem; great picture during the day but, at night, the IR LED's were on but the image was black. Diagnostics showed the cameras were remaining in day mode all the time, because the IR cutout filter had failed. The Customer Service Rep at Zosi, Cathy, worked with me, politely listened to my frustration, and I got a replacement camera a few days ago. Let's see what happens in the next two weeks... To sum up: Bought and installed four cameras, four cameras pooped, replaced and re-installed four more cameras. That sure looks to me like a 100% failure rate, equipment wise. ----------------------------------- Update: May 1, 2021 Zosi Customer Service Support wrote me asking me change the review above from 1-star to 5-star. Below is my reply to them: This is called a "Product Review", not a "Customer Service Review". Your service (Customer Service) was good and I mentioned your performance as a CSR, by name as you asked, in a positive manner. The product (Mod. # 1AC-2612B-WS-N) reflects sub-standard manufacturing practices as it relates to its poor Quality Control at best, and, possibly some combination of bad design, low quality components, poor assembly protocols, human fatigue, etc., at worst. When I become aware that Zosi has their quality under control, as determined by a lower failure rate on this item, I will gladly update again my review on the product to reflect the improvement. I will not compromise my moral standards by lying about a bad product giving it 5 stars. My review stands.

I bought the Zosi security system around 4 years ago just for my sense of security in this strange new world we live in, I had an issue with one camera at the start and then it became 3, the company replaced them with dome cameras which I thought were ok enough, not as good as the "bullet" shape such as these that it originally came with. I was having issues with my landlords and wanted more cameras for my system so I bought 3 ( I got the system for security from the unknown not my landlords, I so want to tell you about them but this is about the cameras ) , I was planning on replacing one and setting up the other two in new places, these camera are sooo much better than the ones I had originally AND they come with sound which will be important to me and wish I had before, it only took one night to see the difference and realized how bad the old ones were. I bought 3 more to replace the old blurry ones. I am super impressed with these little camera. I would recommend them for sure.
