TEJVIJ AND SONSNatural Certified Citrine GLI Certified Gemstone

This is the first gem (of many) that came up short. Tejvij And Sons has always been reliable so I'm not all that disappointed and that's largely due in part because this gem has no inclusions. The description states its 4.5 ct, but it is actually 4.4 ct which isn't enough to put me off or consider it problematic. Most of the gems I've bought from Tejvij And Sons were over their stated weight, but weren't always without inclusions and some more than others. I'm happy with my purchase all things considered – just not enough to give it 5 stars.

This is completely fake or the company that sells these stones on Amazon sends Amazon the crappy stones to sell and ship out as the gem stone company probably could not sell these stones I have been burned twice now by this company and amazon. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company on this item as it is clearly not as described. Amazon wants me to spend my own time to repackage it up and take it to a USP store to ship it back how about my Time and Money?

Pro:Received the fastest of any gemstone ordered from Amazon. Is a light yellow with no inclusions seen by unaided eye. Con:Has official Gemological Laboratory of India card which lists SG of natural citrine as 3.65 whereas it is really 2.65. Also stone weights 11.5 carat instead of 12.5 listed on card and measures 1-2 mm differently in all dimensions which suggests card is for a different stone. Also has a large obvious scratch on the pavilion and small chips on several facet edges. Have not done RI.

Shiny, yellow stone. Citrine is a pretty gem. May in the near future have the stone set in a ring to wear. Satisfied with my purchase.
