It certainly does the job. Easy access to parts for maintenance and cleaning.

After a couple of months I lost the included bag which contains the spare rubber O-Rings, which was my fault and I was happy to buy another! After it arrived however, the rubber o rings advertised with the accessory pack turned out to be ceramic (?) or another hard and rigid material. This ruins the airflow of the vape, and makes the mouth piece feel flimsy and wobble around.After getting in touch with their customer support, I've been informed both that they don't sell the O Rings (despite them advertising that they do), can't tell me where they get the ones included with the device from, and have finally told me that the ones I've received ARE rubber - as if I don't know what rubber is! What was a great product has been rendered unusable after about 2 months due to an enormously unhelpful customer service department and poorly advertised accessories on their website. It's been a month since my initial complaint and I'm no closer to having my vape work as well as it did when I got it!Update:After taking over a month to admit that I don't have rubber O-Rings, they've told me now that I should be glad because "they're an upgrade" (they aren't!). And because they've taken over a month to tell me what I already know, apparently I can't get a refund anymore. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in my entire life, really laughably bad. Just go to a different company altogether, the Vape isn't even that good.

I’ve now had 2 nectar platinums in 2 years (one from a friend) and they have both broken. They are a pain to clean sometimes, the top part gets clogged quickly due to AVB coming up through the vent holes. Beyond this it does have a good build on the main battery part, the LED is good, battery length is good and the heat up time is excellent. Micro usb charging is disappointing and it takes AGESSSS to charge which can suck. Furthermore the whole thing fell apart after around 18 months, first the mouth piece became flimsy then plastic snapped in the top and then finally the whole vape. I think it’s not a terrible option for 2022c but nowadays it’s a bit outdated for 2025. Apart of me feels bad being so critical since it did serve me well, but I can’t help but be upset it broke.

Great vape

I’ve had this vape several times and each time it breaks the same way, the battery compartment loosening over time until the battery can no longer connect. You can make it last a bit longer by wedging some foil in there to complete the circuit, but eventually it becomes unusable. Unfortunately, I can’t find another alternative that doesn’t have poor airflow, for that the Platinum wins out over the newer Hex as well as vapes by other brands. So I keep coming back, onto my fourth now and it’s going the same way. Consumerist nightmare. I’m sorry, environment.
