One of the four frames arrived damaged, and not from shipping. The frame is partially shattered, but the shards were not in the package, so I believe it to be a quality control issue. There was also a sticky substance along the bottom of the broken frame.Two stars because I like the shape and the other three are useable, though they still look a bit off from close up.

These look great for a finished piece, but please note they will not hold fabric as a non-flexible hoop would because of the angles of the rectangle. Don't use this to embroider, but to decorate a finished project.

I am very unhappy with this product it is Not at all what they claim it to be. This product doesn’t secure fabric at all. The rubber piece is difficult to wrap around the plastic frame and once you are lucky enough to get the rubber piece on, it is not secure and fabric comes loose very easily. I would not recommend this for those who do hand embroidery.

For the life of me I could not get the larger frame to close once I put the aida cloth on the frame. Haven't tried the smaller one yet hopefully that works better!

They did not hold my fabric well at all. Cheap plastic product.

Might look ok for decor purposes, but does not actually function as an embroidery hoop, very flimsy and difficult to use!

Outside rubbery piece doesn't hold as tight as the round ones. little disappointed as I totally like the shape
