Q: Are these made of glass or plastic?

The bubble tube is glass the green/red portion is plastic. I love these lights and have had them for years. They are tedious to hang and must face upward, but they are beautiful. Do not leave them on while sleeping or leaving the house, as they do get hot. Thanks, Charles

Q: If one light goes out do the rest stay lit?

Yes the rest will stay lit if one goes out. And if for some reason one light fails to bubble, unscrew it and shake upside down.

Q: Do these contain glitter?

No they don't. I purchased a set of clear replacement bulbs, and they do contain glitter.

Q: Are the bulbs replaceable?

Yes....the Noma bubble replacement bulbs come in a 3 pak..I prefer the bases that are green and red plastic. Merry 'retro' Christmas!...........Brian F Abbotsford BC
