Q: what are the dimensions, thickness and diameter? The package dimensions don't mean anything to me for my application.

Yes we use them under both the washer and dryer which are on pedestals.

Q: After the pads are installed can one still move the dryer for annual maintenance (with effort) without lifting the dryer off the pads? Thanks

I learned a trick on how to move my washer with the pads under the washer, from a review comment when I was considering purchase/use of these pads…it’s very simple and it works! Here it is…spray Windex on the tile floor front and back of the pads and you can effortlessly SLIDE the machine back and forth! No lifting of the machine…not necessary. Hope that helps.
