For the price not bad... i am currently still using these pills. At first when i read the reviews im like no no no cramps and having to have a toilet right next to you. I didnt experience any cramping , i think one person mention taking one pill a day which i did and that was a very smooth process depending on the time of the day you take it will determine the time of the day it determines you fate lol i took one around 5pm by the next morning bathroom time. I did take two pills in a 24 hour period and ill never do that again!! Once you do the one pill a day for maybe 3 days youll go to the bathroom just fine. Please dont do the two pills a day ... you will literally have to be home for 24 hours. Other then that i have no pains, i lost some pounds, good thing. i do not feel bloated and my stomach has gone down as well. Thats what taking these pills has done for me. I might buy another bottle once im done , not sure.

Update it does what's it's supposed to do but pain is there, the pain is only when you have to #2 and while your #2ing. As time goes by you do feel lesser pain but still pain just way way lesser. You will pee alot, have gas, and you will lose weight. Well i did. I told my cousin about my experience with this product I'm like i paid for them i gotta finish them lol. But again as time goes by the pain level decreases. I believe I've read on other detox capsules colon cleanse they all makes you cramp ijs. Like no matter which colon cleansers you choose to go with your going to feel cramping. however we're all different so maybe not all will feel all the bad cramping. What you take in you will most definitely bring back out. This product might be helpful to people who eats but then want's to bring it up through the mouth sorry gross, but only trying to help. Use this product you will bring it back out only the correct way. Lorrrrrt!!!!! All the reviews I read about the cramps it's true, nothing but horrible cramps. Smh. It's like it'll never end. It's like you have a stomach virus. I took two the first day they arrived but not at the same time. I went to the toilet the same day however late night so you know I slept uncomfortable, cramps worse than labor pains and monthly cramps (in my opinion) yes it helps you go go go. Do be home while using this product, if your going out to work etc I'll advise you to put on a diaper just in case the restroom isn't available and your just shhhhht out of luck, at least you won't go in your clothes feeling/looking embarrassed. As the cramps starts coming out of nowhere I grab a pillow placing it on my stomach lean over on it. I also noticed compression kinda helps lessen the pain. I sleep on my side however last night I had to sleep on my stomach with a pillow under it, it just felt better with pressure pressed against my stomach. You will need to drink alot of water dry mouth is a must hap.. The next day i felt a bit lighter. I'm not a heavy eater so i have to make myself eat something before taking the next capsule. Your supposed to eat a meal with the capsule. This product comes in a capsule and inside the capsule it's a brown colored substance. It's not really big but if you have trouble with swallowing pills then you'll have a hard time trying to swallow this capsule. Your stomach will make sounds lol as though your hungry or you need to go to the bathroom, well mine doing it. I'm not hungry i ate, i don't feel the need to do number 2 because I'm on the toilet and just sitting however my stomach talking to me. Due to the cramps you will feel a bit aggravated (I do) once the cramps begins but other than that no aggy feelings. This review is based on my experience, I'm on day 2, 3rd capsule, I'll take the 4th capsule later today. Not sure if they should recall on this product or not maybe my stomach might stop cramping so much as i get used to it. Hahaha just a wish type of thing.

This was the WORST “cleanse” product that I have ever used. Per the instructions, I took two capsules after a well balanced meal in the evening. I woke this morning to a symphony in my gut and I’ve not been able to go much further than a few steps from the washroom for almost nine hours now. It’s by no means gentle at all, the urge to eliminate is relentless, somewhat painful and otherwise ruined a perfectly good day off. I’m thinking if one really wants to cleanse, spend 2 weeks sitting on the toilet and perhaps lose a few pounds in the process, then this would be the just the product to do the trick. I recommend sticking with tried and tested psyllium fibre. It works in a much more civilised manner without exceptionally disruptive side effects. Perhaps those who left positive reviews enjoy the symptoms of stomach flu??

I had purchased this item because I felt bloated/full all the time, and I had hoped that it would help my situation. This product is so extreme that if you are not within 5 metres of a toilet there is a chance you won’t make it. This product will cause major distress on your quality of life as you will be too scared to be far from a toilet. I took this product for 3 days and had to stop as I couldn’t take this distress. The first day I understand, but the two following days, all that would come from my body was the food that I had JUST EATEN. It was so extremely aggressive that the experience was one of the worst things I have done to my body. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I have been off this product for 7 days now, and i’m still feeling its affects. 0/10 worst product i’ve ever purchased anywhere or anytime in my life.
