Alfred DunnerAll Around Elastic Waist Polyester Short Petite Pants - Pull-On Style

Almost the exact pants every Mom and Grandma wore from the 1960s until today. Back then the polyester fabric was thicker, softer and better overall quality. These pants are thinner and not as soft. But they have the all around elastic waist and extra roomy style Mom likes. This type of pant usually costs $9.99 in most off-brand catalogs, but i decided to go with Amazon and pay double. Mom is 5’4” and 138 lbs. The14 petite fit perfect through the hip, thigh and length, but the elastic waist fit more like a size 12, a bit tight, but Mom loves them.

Alfred Dunner does not disappoint. Slacks fit, tapered perfectly. Happy Camper:)

The slacks are nice looking, fit well but maybe an inch too long for my 5'2" frame. They did not shrink when washed, came out looking excellent. They don't require ironing. The only thing I didn't like is that the pockets are too shallow. Phone falls out too easily as does anything lightweight I might stick in them.

The pants are nice enough and fit decently, except for the fact that they are too long even for regular length pants, nevermind capris. Going to have to return them, unfortunately, as I wasn't looking for for full length pants.

Package on time, so I can give pants to my mom for Mother's Day. Now, not sure. Two stains and strong smell of perfume. I might be able to get stains out (don't know what they). Will have to wash pants to remove strong perfume smell. Wondering is these were delivered to another person and they returned? I feel I should get a full refund on these pants, considering they are not in good condition. Do not want to do a return and waste more time/late for Mother's day. Compliments about pants - made by good company - Alfred Dunner. Material nice and light. Another problem - Supposed to be Wrinkle Resistant, arrive very wrinkled with deep fold marks. Hopefully by washing, wrinkles may come out?

They were a nice addition to my slacks. Had to hem.

My mother of 97 was in need of some new pants. She didn’t like to go to town or Walmart to shop so decided to let my hands do the shopping. We selected to purchase these pants. When they came in she tried them on and she liked the color and how they fit withe the elastic band around her waist.
