The taste is superior. It’s so smooth you can use it to brush your teeth. Seriously, it compliments salads without getting in the way of tasting what you’re eating. Also adding a tablespoon to soups is a taste plus. Visited Sicily a couple of months ago. Visited an olive farm where It was explained why Sicilian olive oil was a superior product. It’s the soil and hot climate. Only downside is the price here in the USA. Many olive oils sold in USA are mixtures from different countries. They taste different. You can taste the difference in this better product.

We use Olive Oil every day, mostly for salads or flavoring rather than cooking. This is light but tasty.

This olive oil is decent for everyday use, but it falls short if you’re looking for real Italian quality. The flavor is mild and lacks the richness, aroma, and depth you’d expect from authentic Italian olive oil. It works in a pinch, but I wouldn’t buy it again if you want a true, high-quality Italian olive oil experience.
