Purchased this as it seemed a good spec for the price. The picture is great (we run a nvidia shield into it) and the sound is very good - a definite improvement over our older, less smart tv Setup was easy - my only niggle is the control , it’s a bit lightweight and flimsy but apart from that I think it’s great value

Like this so much I now have 2, one for bedroom, one for holiday home. Set up is so easy I then bought one for Christmas for my elderly mother. Has a Netflix button for easy access, and an apps one for general apps, so easy to access Prime plus BBC iPlayer etc. Bought the white one for my holiday home, plus recommended white wall mount, looks great. Sound good, picture good, lots of connections for DVD etc, highly recommend.

Very simple to set up. Several sound/ pictures options to choose from i.e Movie/ Sport/ personalised/ eco. Smart channels are easy to use such as iPlayer/ ITV/ Netflix. The only thing I can really knock this down is how poor the remote control is. So many spread out all over the handset. Plus you have to press so hard for the button the register. Have set up to use the Sky control instead but there are still options that I can’t find how to do them so basically I may as well stick to the rubbish controller. Also to note and it’s more me than anything it’s now caused a knock on effect as it shows up how poor sky hd is so may have to see about the UHD package and have since updated to a UHD blue ray player.

I was worried about ordering this because of the reviews about the tv being delivered broken. This wasn’t the case for me though, it was delivered perfectly in tact. It was extremely easy to set up and the picture and sound is great. I had a Samsung tv but broke it and that was more expensive so I was worried about it downgrading but so far so good. It’s also a lot faster than my Samsung tv. I definitely recommend this tv.

This is piece of work, remote control can hold only 3 days. TV is making its own decisions. Terrible thing

Bad quality. Screen flashes after switching on. Returned for replacement already but no confirmation for a new one to come yet. Hope they will actualize their promise to give me a new one soon!

I ordered two of these and both arrived undamaged which was a relief as I know others have had issues on that front. I can't really fault the tv at this price, its 4k, decent size at 40" and picture and sound quality seem pretty good. Granted I am not an expert in these things but for me its good. The only minor gripe I have is that the Vesa fixings for the tv are 200mm X 300mm and the bracket 'Invision® Ultra Slim Tilt Swivel TV Wall Bracket Mount - For 24-55 Inch LED LCD Plasma & Curved Screens - Now Includes 1.8m HDMI Cable (HDTV-E)' that Amazon recommended in the bundle isn't great on this tv. What I mean by that is that while you can get the bracket to work it is only configurable in such a way that parts of it are visible beneath the, for me the point of these is to have the tv appear to be floating when viewed from the front. Apart from that though I am happy and use the tv with a 4k firestick, the remote of which also controls the tv.

Amazing quality of vision, price is cheap considered the quality and sharp vision. Only drowbacks that I realazed when I used it is related with the app store. Don't having the app store inside but only predefined app downloaded it makes me annoying to find how to set up some app. At the end I sort it out buying a pen to attach on the backside of the television
