Bought these for my brother in law as he is seriously into fitness. I also have some. They are an ideal way to strengthen your hands. Good quality.

Not friendly to use
It was quite uncomfortable to use and stuck in the middle of practicing with the holding metal. I wouldn’t advise buying it.I wanted to get a refund but I didn’t have the time to send it back.
