Absorbent and we’ll made. The stripes are woven into the fabric and the shell design is applied embroidery. They look great at my beach house and would make a very nice gift. These towels will add a splash of color to your kitchen. I bought two sets and would buy again. I recommend based on fabric weight, absorbency, seam construction and overall nice design and colors.

I purchased these to replace some of my old, very exhausted kitchen towels. They are very pretty but initially wrinkled after laundering, even when quickly plucked from the dryer. I discovered that laying them out flat to dry eliminated most wrinkles and also that after a few washings and another trial in the dryer, they are softer and no longer wrinkle. They are less absorbent than waffle weave but great for drying glassware and also lining bread baskets to keep bread and rolls warm. They are also pretty draped over the handle of a champagne bucket.

These hand towels are beautiful and the colors did not fade at all with the first wash. However, I can't say the same for the towels retaining their shape. Their shape is distorted and the fabric came out of the dryer very crumpled looking's well. They shrunk a bit and don't fold evenly because of the change in their shape. Disappointed! The kitchen towels I ordered from Kay Dee are great quality and beautiful.

THE COLORS AND DESIGN ARE BEAUTIFUL- HOWEVER THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL IS NOT GREAT,,,,AFTER WASHING THEY WERE VERY CRUMPLED AND DISSAPOINTING

These are beautiful! They are high quality dish towels. They have a thick weave and are very absorbant. Love the colors and shell designs. I ordered 2 packages of 3 and love them so much that I plan to buy another set for backup.
