My go-to tee for Cricut projects
I purchased 4 of these Comfort Colors heavyweight tees to make shirts for our reading retreat, and we absolutely love them. The quality is excellent, and the fabric feels soft and comfortable while still being substantial. The fit is true to size and relaxed, which worked perfectly for all of us-regardless of our size. They held up well during ironing-on the vinyl and looked great once finished. Everyone commented on how comfortable the shirts were. We would definitely purchase these again for future events or custom projects.

New Favorite Shirt (Especially if you’re a big dude)
Big guy here (6 foot 4, 275lbs, wide frame). Ordered these comfort colors shirts in black and white (size 2XL). They have become my new favorite go to shirt. Why? Material: 100% cotton (no synthetics) with a soft feel Fit: Great fit overall, including arm sleeves and neck. Very comfortable, with a nice little weight to the shirt (not thin). Length is awesome. I’m able to put my hands up in the air without my tummy showing. Versatile: Can pair these shirts with jeans as is for a great look or spruce it up a bit more by adding in a jacket on top. I wear them to work, out with friends, and for bowling due to how comfortable it is. Durability: So far the shirts have been held up (2 months in) after multiple washes (wash on cold, dry delicate). I wash the white shirts with detergent and bleach to keep them bright white. Value: Good price point for the shirts vs other brands on/off Amazon Other shirts I’ve liked: I used to wear the True Classic shirts (own 20+), but the quality and sizing has been all over the place with the last few orders. I still have those, but prefer these comfort color shirts due to the comfortable fit, quality, length, and overall value of the shirt. Def a top choice shirt for anyone, especially for those in the big boy club.

Come to Comfort Colors
Have you ever seen a person just wearing a simple t-shirt and think "wow, that person is real cool"? If you haven't, you should get these shirts, put one on and look in the mirror, because that person will be you. It's hard to find t-shirts with just the right cut. Sometimes they're fine at first then get floppy around the mid-section. Sometimes they feel like wearing a paper bag. Sometimes it's something you can't put your finger on, but it just feels wrong. You don't have the confidence to do max business and make those "special" deals. Not these shirts. They give my moderate-to-small pectorals a fetching curve without showing off my dime-sized nipples. My biceps strain slightly at the sleeve holes, giving the impression that I workout on a somewhat regular basis. The belly area has just enough slack to hide the ever-hungry mound of stomach flesh that is the result of too many late night stoned snack binges (have you ever tried melted chocolate over popcorn?!). The length hits at mid butt; not too high or low, but just right for my 48th percentile torso length. Best of all they are soft in a surprising way. Not scratchy or too smooth. My only gripe is the tag is huge and not removable my a simple yank of the hand, but oddly I don't feel the tag at all. Could be because it's also made with cotton and not some weird polyester material. There might be better t-shirts out there, but when simplicity and price are all that you need, then cover your imperfect, malleable, ever-changing human body in these shirts. Come to comfort. Come to Comfort Colors.

Too small collar
The t shirt itself is very nice and the color is beautiful but the collar is too tight for my thin 16 years old son. The rest of the fit is perfect and not too tight, but still have to return.

Good quality shirt, good fit, good value
These are great, inexpensive t shirts. They fit great, are comfortable, and durable. I've had these for over a year and they still look relatively new. It's a good weight - thick enough that they aren't see-through but not too thick either. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

Nice Color Tee
This tee is well made and a nice color. It goes well with jeans. I got the matching shorts and the sweatpants too. The tee with either of them suits me very well for Saturdays and errands. The fabric is so soft, it's like wearing pajamas. The price is right too. Note for the girls: I like to cuff the sleeves a bit. That pulls the tee in such a way that it makes it a more flattering, feminine cut.

Comfort Colors T-shirt sizing is inconsistent from shirt to shirt
Do a search in the reviews of these T-shirts using the word “inconsistent” and you’ll see others have similar comments to mine. With almost 27,000 reviews on these shirts, not sure if anyone will even see this review, but here we go. I have about 5 Comfort Colors T-shirts that I got in the past year; all are size Large, and they fit great in the body and neck with nice soft cotton, and they are fantastic T-shirts. I recently ruined a denim-colored Comfort Colors T-shirt using Spray-n-Wash on a couple food stains on the chest; the Spray-n-Wash faded the blue color in the treated areas. No worries, I’ll just order a replacement shirt…. I decided to order two replacement Comfort Colors T-shirts with one being blue jean-colored and the second being a denim-colored T-shirt. Both are blue with blue jean being slightly lighter blue than the denim, but I decided to order two since I like these T-shirts so much. The blue jean shirt arrived and fit great and is just like all my other large Comfort Colors shirts, and it’s a keeper. However, the denim shirt I received was too small: it was tight in the chest, the body was shorter, and the sleeves were shorter. I have attached two photos with one showing this new denim shirt on top of the shirt I ruined with Spray-n-Wash and another showing this new denim shirt on top of an orange Custom Colors shirt to show the smaller size of the new shirt. The neck-size in the new denim shirt I received was fine, but the shirt was noticeably too small in all other dimensions. I immediately ordered another denim-colored shirt hoping to get a “correct size” shirt, and the second denim shirt arrived the next day, and it was also smaller in all the dimensions exactly like the first denim shirt I had just ordered. All three of these new Comfort Colors shirts (one blue jean and two denim) and the denim shirt I ruined with Spray-n-Wash were sold and delivered by Amazon (i.e. none were third party vendors). I’m returning both of the too-small denim-colored shirts, and I’ll live without that color and enjoy my new blue jean shirt. As another point of reference, I purchased a pepper-colored Comfort Colors T-shirt from a third-party vendor on Amazon about 11-months ago in November 2024, and the neck on the pepper shirt was too large and gave the shirt a stretched-out and worn-out look even though the shirt was new. A third attached photo of the pepper shirt next to an orange Custom Colors shirt and shows the neck size difference. I messed up and didn’t return the pepper shirt within 30-days last year, but since I never wear it due to the way-too-large neck opening, it’s going to Goodwill. Ordering these shirts from Amazon as the seller has been hit or miss and doesn’t guarantee a consistent fit, and ordering shirts from a third-party seller on Amazon didn’t work out well when I did it in November 2024. So, I’m not sure what the lesson is here other than the sizing of these shirts is inconsistent; when the sizing is correct they're great, but ordering them online and getting correct sizing can be a PITA. It’s a bit of a hassle to have to take them to a UPS Store or other location to return the shirts if they don’t fit well, but at least if you order through Amazon Prime, the returns are free.

Heavy but soft shirts in great colors
I’m very pleased with this shirt. It’s a bit softer than other ones I’ve been wearing and the fit is good for me. It’s long enough that it doesn’t ride up my stomach when working out or reaching. I know there were a few mentions of the sleeve length but I like that it’s a little longer. It’s certainly not hanging to my elbows. And the color options are great. Will definitely be buying more.
