Happy Hoodie Purple Dog Grooming Hood, Reduces Stress and Anxiety- Two Sizes! (Small)

Bought this for our Akita for fireworks night. lovely soft stretchy material nice fit. She was still a nervous wreck but I think she would have been worse had she not had it on

The happy hoodie helped my dog to settle down after we had some firework let off a couple of nights ago. For my dog that was the best I have bought for him.

Dog wasn't too sure but settled after a while.Secure so not easy for her to pull off.She was hot in it though

Happy Hoodie as described. Used on Fireworks night with great success. Kept our dog calm and relaxed during the relentless setting off of fireworks on the night.

Sadly my cat hated and lasted a matter of seconds

Good quality product. I’ve only tried it once and my dog wasn’t very keen on it but I think it will work with a few more tries.

It is Thicker than expected. Fits snug on head. Large is perfect for a medium dog. Might be a bit warm if left on for a long time. Bought it for thunderstorms and fireworks. I am sure it will dull sounds

My dog has chronic ear infections, and has had 2 hematomas, one on each ear.He is a semi-large pit-dane (70-80 lbs).He was an ear flapper before hematomas, and remains one after. So, in order for him to not blow out his ears I got this to help hold them down.So a couple of things to note:1) They will still flap, and some MIGHT try and paw at it, so pay attention to your pet. Flapping with this one, nothing will move if they don't paw at it incessantly. Its decently tight, and offers ear support.2) It is soft and stretchy, so easy to get around most dog heads, its almost like a head-sock in that way.3) Most important one to me: If your dog CURRENTLY has an ear infection, or has had surgery... you WILL need to CLEAN REGULARLY. This device will not dry the inside of your dog's ears, so covering it up will keep it icky if left with moisture.If its gunky-infection it may be difficult to use this. It will get crusted up easily and youll have to wash it. If you leave it in too long the crush will make it stick to their fur and make it gross as well as uncomfortable to remove later.I would recommend some supervised Air-Dry time several times a day, or a cone instead if its a recent surgery or gunky ear infection.Now, if your dog does NOT get ear infections, and just is a flapper/ear scratcher this would probably work very well without much worry. Just clean ears regularly, wash this when it gets covered in hair or dander to prevent likelihood of creating an infection using it.I wouldnt say they are noise cancelling, though maybe noise dampening. Some dogs might find relief from it, some might find discomfort. Depends on the dog.I can see the use from this product, but it did not work for my purposes unfortunately. No fault of the product I feel, It just did not fit my needs. Just think about it a minute, and be willing to take a loss if its not for your dog.

I bought this Happy hoodie & two smaller ones for my cats after watching Girl With The Dogs on YouTube. This has helped immensely with my dog’s anxiety around fireworks. He’s not especially difficult to groom myself, but I like that his hearing is protected from the dryer with this.This size fit the head of my German shepherd x Rottweiler mix who has a great big ol’ noggin.Highly, highly recommend happy hoodies, they’re great to have any time something anxiety inducing is happening to calm down your pets.

This item does exactly what I hoped for, protects my dog’s ears during a blow dry so he doesn’t get upset. Seems to be good quality and should last a long time. I find it a bit pricey for what it is.
