Q: How hot is this? On a scale where 1 is "tabasco - shake it over scrambled eggs, who cares" and 10 is "one drop will have you in pain for hours"?

Well, it's still based on Habanero chillies, so it has a kick. But it's mellowed out by the pineapple. It's one of my favourite Marie Sharpe sauces. I eat it straight out of the bottle, but I am a chilli head. Using your scale of 1 for Tabasco | would put this at no more than 4, probably 3. It won't blow your head off or make you question your existence.
