Herbs work and help me stay focused and less distractef

I've been using different brands and varieties of shankhapushpi all most of last year, I honestly expected these to be over priced and hype - but it's not! These things are strong and work! I've pushed my dosages pretty high with shankh before and it causes a 'heat' feeling coming out of the throat - that's how I know I took a bit too much with the regular powder. If I use 3 caps instead of 2 with these, I get the same side effect; so potency and dosage recommendation seems perfect. Seems totally equivalent to my regular doses of shankh powder and actually seems to work even better, this is the best shankh supplement imo will definitely buy again!At first I was disappointed seeing extra ingredients, then realized it's just bioavailability enhancers and I am actually really glad they added it, seems to take it to another level. About to check out their other products they really seem to have known what they were doing creating this : ) thanks
