Welcome back to another edition of Confessions from my Teenage Daughter! Today were gonna talk Peppermint Oil! Sooooooo I did not know this, but peppermint is a soothing oil for headaches. I'm not sure why I just couldn't just rub candy canes on my scalp, it would be interesting and maybe painful. So the scent is very, very, very strong and quite overpowering.
