Q: My wheelchair arrived today without batteries. I believe the batteries are included, I have no information to say when will that arrive?

No batteries suppplied with my chair even though they are included in the price

Q: There is no picture of, or reference to, a rear control the pusher could operate. Is it seated joystick use only?

Yes it is joystick drive only but has a forward & back button as well. Can also be turned off by a rear switch so that it can be pushed if it has no battery power.
