I really enjoyed this book and think Claire's traumatic past was handled with tact and care. You find out what happened and how, you also see how it affected Claire and her life. You feel for Claire and understand her fears. Aidan was so sweet, patient, and caring, he was perfect for Claire and the right person to help her heal. I also enjoyed Lexi' s introduction into the group and how she helped Claire reason things out. Claire was reasonable and thought about the advice given to her even though it wasn't what she wanted to hear. I really liked that about her, she was able to see the why to her reactions and decisions and how to see past her struggles to find happiness by taking a chance with Aidan. He definitely proved through his actions and words that he really cared about her and loved her. I've read the entire series once through already and this book is one of my favorites out of all of them.

I actually purchased Claire's story on accident while reading the blurbs, so I just kept it, and boy am I glad!!! I'm only giving the book 4 stars because of the recurring sentiment of "I can't believe you want me and not some rail thin skinny girl".Aiden was an awesome friend, very caring and seemed like the perfect guy. I really am glad I purchased the book accidentally.Good reading!!!

Another romantic story with a happy ending. The book has some sex scenes but it also has a cute storyline.

Nice story, but the main character has serious trust and image issues. I'm not sure a guy would keep coming back as often as she doubts him. The writing, pace, and editing are good; I just would have liked her to like herself better. In the beginning, she talks a good game of not needing a man and comes off strong and independent. As soon as she's in a relationship, she loses all her self-confidence. Believe me, being on the heavy side myself, I can understand her worries, but I don't try to come off as little Miss Strong and Independent, either. I think it's great to have books about heroines who aren't shaped like Barbie, but if her image makes her so unsure of her relationship, why doesn't she take steps to make herself feel better about her body?However, that said, I did still enjoy the story, and I'll buy more of the series. I'm hoping for a strong big beautiful woman who's happy with herself. I think that character would make a great role model.

Aiden’s love is so great that he’s waited for her for years and was able to help her break her shell. What an amazing and sweet love story! Thank you so much. I’m very excited to go to book 3.

I do enjoy the Curvy Girl Romance stories but what is irritating is how many times in all of the books that the curvy girl jumps to conclusions. They never listen for an explanation and assume the worse. I understand the premise that they feel as if no one could love them because of their weight but come on! They are told over and over again but choose not to listen. It becomes redundant.

I enjoyed this as Aiden pursues a relationship with Claire.However Claire has issues and trauma from a previousrelationship and hasn't been the same since. Can heprove that he loves her? Adults 18+ only for steamyscenes. Must read.

I'm really in love with this series. I love the friendships between the women and how supportive they are with each other. Whenever they get together I find myself craving a yummy cupcake.Claire has known Aidan for a while and has put him in the friend zone. Because of a traumatic experience with an ex, Claire has sworn off dating and men altogether. Luckily, Aidan wants more than friendship. He doesn't push but he is persistent in asking Claire out until she can't say no anymore.I love how Aidan changed Claire's mind. Not about men in general but about Aidan himself. He helped heal the pain of her past. I doesn't hurt that he sounds yummy as well!

Good back story. Good characters, not sure a any man hot or not is that keen to keep getting knocked back though. One could dream.
