Rheem SP8346 Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve with 3/4-Inch NPT, Small

Works great! Easy swap out. Quality built and have had no problems with it since installation.

Worked perfectly for my Rheem hot water tank.

First one ordered was a dud. Had a slow leak. I have a PRV + expansion tank installed and set to 65PSI so wasn't a a result of my plumbing. Ordered a replacement and 2nd one is working fine. Apparently these are not tested when manufactured. This is not a Rheem part. Water heater manf do not make these parts but source them from other suppliers. But it is a Watts and repackaged by Protech. So is still a major brand name valve.

Exact product replacement, does not leak like the 11-year old one replaced. Relatively easy installation during a larger effort to replace the magnesium anode rod. This part was as close to trivial as you can get. EDIT: If a new valve leaks, check your water pressure, as you may have a failed pressure reducing valve in the system. It’s a good idea to check line pressure at least twice a year anyway. It’s a very good idea to do that if you are in a hard water area.

C’est un bon produit mais j’ai besoin de la couleur bleu les couleurs le petit cap il y a une couleur et ça te dit la pression que tu as de besoin si on installe pas le bon boum est-ce que vous pouvez m’envoyer la bleu svp merci c’est celle là que j’ai de besoin

Replaced a similar holder when the tensioner finally wore out. Love the tensioner as it gives the option for one hand usage. Very sturdy.
