I was skeptical at first when seeing this comb. It looks more like it would cut aluminum foil than remove undercoat from a dog. I was up for the challenge though. I tried it on my cat first and he seemed to not mind it, then it was time for the real test. My husky who sheds nonstop all year long. She usually does not like her back legs combed, but she laid there and let me use this on her. I removed enough hair that I could have made an extra dog out of it. My corso was traumatized by it. She sat there whimpering because she thought I was skinning her sister alive. There were other brands of tools similar to this one, but I thought this one looked more durable and of better quality. Get one, you won’t be disappointed. They also make them in multiple sizes for all sorts of animals, even horses. I got the medium sized one and it works great on large dogs.

This shedding tool is much better tolerated by my oldest cat (9yr old) than the more common shedding tools. It is money well spent due to being an excellent shedding device that is easily cleaned, efficient, and gentle not just the body, but on feline faces and legs too. My 3 feline roommates and I highly recommend.

I have a frenchie, after this brush she’s half the size she was. Now here comes the kicker, she licked the brush when I finished. I thought it was a fluke so I brought it out this morning and you would’ve thought we were going to the park. Great product, simple and effective.

Great brush, I got the small one and I docked a star because the price is excessive. My cat is super sensitive and easily offended, so I needed a gentle brush like this one. She's overweight with short hair, but due to her size, she can't reach to her mid to lower back to clean, and so that area recently became matted. I tried the detangler comb at first, but there was no way it would work because it had to be used "head on," right into the matts, which pulled her skin and was traumatizing for her. If she were the type to allow me to comb her fur while she was laying down, then at least I would have the chance to minimize the use of the dematting comb, but this is not the way it is, and I can only brush her as a moving target, when she twirls around my legs sometimes when I sit. Sigh. Knowing how sensitive she is, I had to first use this SleekEZ come "backwards" with just the wood part, to allow her to get used to it a little. I also got her the Churro cat treats to help things along. She is a challenging case! But so far, so good. All I've really been able to do is to comb her hair a little where it's not matted. Already she meowed and protested once when I combed the matt too much, and so it's an uphill battle. If you have a cat like mine, then you know how much of a challenge our furbabies can be!!! But I explained all of that so any potential buyers would know that this is the only real choice for cats as sensitive as mine is. If your cat is similar, or you just want to use a more conservative but effective brush, then this one is a great choice. I'm really glad I have mine.

Perfect brush for deshedding our cattle dog mix undercoat. She loves being brushed with it, too. Highly recommend! It’s the only thing that has really worked for us. Great value.

First off, this is not a brush; this is a thinning comb. It is very similar to what your hairstylist would use to thin or texture your hair. It has a thin sharp metal razor that shaves the hair as you go. It is safe for the pet but if it gets too close to the skin it may knick it. It doesn’t get the under coat much which is another reason why this is not a brush and doesn’t work like a brush. It does work really well at thinning the hair so get your vacuum ready as hair gets everywhere! My golden retriever and I liked it, so I plan on keeping it and using it when she gets too fluffy.

This brush is incredible! I have a cat with very fine fur and no other brush was working on his coat. But this grabs the loose hair so well! It's easy to clean, and very well made and it's small and compact! And fits in the hand very comfortably. It's a great tool, highly recommend.

Die Verarbeitung ist durch die Kombination von Holz und Metall sehr hochwertig. Damit lösen sich wirklich alle Haare aus dem Fell und es ist eine angenehme Massage für die Tiere. Jedenfalls vermitteln Sie mir Wohlbefinden, wenn ich sie damit pflege. Ich bin gespannt, inwieweit das Produkt auch langfristig funktioniert, denn ich kann mir vorstellen, dass mit der Zeit die Zähnchen stumpf werden. Durch die hochwertige Verarbeitung denke ich aber, dass das dauern wird und das Produkt lange eingesetzt werden kann. Auch mein Hund mag die Massage besonders gerne. Ich war überrascht, wie viele Haare und auch lose Hautschuppen aus dem Fell kommen. Ich habe einen Kurzhaarhund ohne Unterwolle. Fazit: ein solides Produkt, welches mich bisher überzeugt sei es für die Pferde oder für den Hund.

I have a Labrador retriever and he absolutely loves this brush. It takes out the undercoat super well. Would work better if he stopped rolling over for belly scratches 🤣
