Is this a faux? It arrived smelly from China

I bought this bag in purple , I had checked in every detail , it looked same as the original longchamp bag but i was lucky that I had the original one from the store . Almost everything looked like the original one but the plastic tag inside the bag the word that said Paris (r and i doesn't stay close to each other) . Original one R and I has to stay close to each other!!!!!!Lucky that I found out !!!!!!!!!
