Sierra 18-8005EP-1 Primer Bulb - 3/8"

Bought May 4th, installed June 1st. Took my boat out yesterday 9/3/ and Priming Bulb check valves would not properly seal to pump gas. Bulb would start to firm up as expected and then would go soft, no longer pumping gas. I use only non-ethanol gas in my boat. Would have expected at least two years from this Sierra Product. Very disappointed and no warranty is identified in listing (UPDATE Note: .Primer Bulb does have a 2 year warranty as indicted on packaging shipped with product.UPDATE: I contacted Sierra about the primer pump failure. No wait time and Customer Service (Jeff) was very responsive and initiated the shipment of a replacement primer bulb. I guess good Customer Service is still out there if your dealing with a good company. Guess I just got a bad primer Bulb.

seems decently built. is 3/8. primes my 2000 yamaha 150 with no issues. doesnt have an issue during operation.

Wouldn't hold it's prime, ck valves didn't work.

Works okay

The Teleflex Marine primer bulb works exactly as designed and as expected. It was an exact replacement and easy to install. Hopefully it will last longer than the previous stock primer bulb.

Finally a fuel bulb that gets tight for my 125HP 2 Stroke Mercury
