I bought these for my fiancee for sprouting. She loves them! She put a layer of seeds on a damp folded paper towel, sprayed them with water, and put them in a seedling tray. Sprayed the paper towel daily, and a week later she had fresh chia sprouts for her salads! We liked these so much, we bought alfalfa and mung bean seeds as well.

Use this product for making chia pudding and it works just great! Also use in smoothies.
