Note to self that Puma's are narrow
I got a few different sizes of these all to conclude that Puma's are just narrow shoes. They look great, great quality, shipped quick and in a box that wasn't beat up or smashed. I don't have wide feet, but my feet are too wide for these shoes. I can wear them for a quick outing, but certainly not to run or do any sports related activity in them as I was hoping. the narrowness through the arch and ball of the foot was too constricting for me. If you have narrow feet or experience with Puma, the cost, quality and style of these would be hard to beat. If you do not have narrow feet or no experience with Puma, I'd get these to try on or look for a different shoe that offers the width you need.

Good fit, narrow, but I knew that. comfortable right out of the box. look great and good all around. They are even somewhat water resistant (due to being synthetic materials). price is also good!

Not a running shoe, a good gym trainer, rather clunky, good buy at $39 but not at a lot more.
I was surprised to see a Puma running shoe, as I'd seen this billed, for this price. It looked more like a cross-trainer to me, and I had need of a more solid shoe in the gym (I've been wearing very flexible and light sailing shoes.) If it had been a good running shoe as well, I'd have made out like a bandit. Well, I don't think many would like it as a running shoe. It's fairly heavy, clunky, not so flexible, and I think would not be efficient for running. I like it for weightlifting, however, so I definitely got my money's worth. Construction seems good. Of course it is not leather, and is a little cheap looking but not badly so at all. I saw different prices for different sizes and got one of the good prices. I couldn't recommend it at the higher prices, hence the 3 stars. If considering the price I paid, it would have deserved four stars IMO.
