Blooming Houseplant Food - Fertilizer for Indoor Plants, 8 fl. oz.

I’ve been using Miracle-Gro products for many years, and the Blooming Houseplant Food is the best fertilizer I’ve used for indoor blooming plants. I also use it outside on plants in pots on my porch and deck. After just a few weeks of use, I’ve seen greener leaves and bigger, more vibrant blooms. I tend to over fertilize, but it hasn’t caused any issues with this product although some reviewers have said to start using at half strength to see how your plants react. The easy to use pump bottle doesn’t leak and lets you efficiently measure fertilizer for a watering can or apply it directly to the soil. Always apply at the base of the plant and avoid overwatering as this can cause lack of oxygen to the plant’s roots causing root rot. The use of a moisture meter can help ensure your plants get the right amount of water. This product provides the high-phosphorus fertilizer that blooming plants require for optimum flowering, and it has demonstrated outstanding effectiveness in my experience. I’ve had excellent results using it on African violets, Christmas cactus, amaryllis, kalanchoe, orchids, anthurium and other indoor flowering plants in both bright windows and under grow lights. The price of the 8 oz. Pump bottle for $6.00 is highly competitive and represents substantial value, comparable to that offered by most home and garden centers. The item arrived on time, well-packaged in good condition with no leakage and in good condition. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use without the guess work. Works to promote blossoming on my African violet . Cheaper if bought in six pack. All the bottles were taped to prevent leakage.

I use this fertilizer on my African Violets, and they bloom spectacularly! I first bought this product at my grocery store but discovered that Amazon’s price is $3.00 less per bottle. So of course, I bought the second time form Amazon! Excellent product—highly recommended!

This is the most wonderful product I’ve ever found to make flowering plants bloom. I actually use it outside on not only my geraniums, but my impatients too. They look more like a flowering bush than a plant now. It’s phenomenal. Within a few days, new blooms appeared. It truly is a miracle!

Good for price

My violets really seem to do well with this. They look healthy and some are blooming that have not bloomed in quite a while but I have also increased their light source. It would be nice if this was sold as a concentrate to mix at home as it is a little pricey.

I havent started using it yet, it was leaking.

Too costly

Use this when watering my balcony flowers. Easy to use and within a week of using, had many more blooms, very happy.
