I'm usually timid to buy a Mexican vanilla online but took a chance and this one was definitely worth it! Fantastic quality and fragrance.

In search of the right vanilla for my cookies, I came across Molina Mexican Vanilla blend. It not only compliments all my baking (you know, fuge every Christmas; chocolate chip cookies . . ), but is awesome, dolloped in my coffee. I have sent it as gifts to other bakers in my family, who are impressed by its body and flavor. It is the only vanilla I buy now.

The vanilla flavor is less sharp than usual extract concentrates, but it is a great value.It is easy to use too much of the standard Kirkland extract and get a bitter flavor, but thisstuff does not have that anywhere as much.You just get a lot for the money, and it tastes fine. I might not make delicate cookies or white cake with it, because it has a lot of color.

For those of us who don't want to spend excessive money on a tiny bottle of pure vanilla extract this product is the best . I use it in my coffee and hot chocolate and in a variety of recipes .

I like the products I use them for baking and making homemade ice-cream.
