This is a beautiful book but the recipes are a bit bland.

OMG! Gorgeous, fabulous cookbook. Great recipes, step-by-step instructions, tasty, colorful garnishes and presentation and beautiful photographs!

I absolutely love this beautiful cookbook! Every recipe is amazing! Most cookbooks have a few really good recipes; EVERY recipe in the Royal Touch looks incredibly delicious and there are wonderful pictures of each recipe! I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who enjoys coming and baking!

I bought this book after seeing Carolyn Robb on "Home & Family" TV show. It's a very nice book with a lot of little stories in it. Good recipes that look very involved but simple to make once you get around the language difference. You can find all the ingredients you need once you figure out what they are.

I’ve collected hundreds of cookbooks over 45 years and this book is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Although it’s not what I expected as I was expecting a book of stories on the royal family with some recipes thrown in. To me this truly is a collector item filled with wonderful recipes and beautiful pictures. I’m thrilled to have ordered it.

I have more cookbooks than I need, but couldn't resist ordering this one. The apple crumble with blackberry creme is worth the book - I get raves when I make it, and it's not difficult. Also, the orzo with basil pesto is delicious. There are summer recipes, winter recipes, desserts, appetizers, recipes for children, & more.

A very interesting book. Can't wait to try the recipes. Took a bit to arrive.

This wonderful cookbook, by Princess Diana's chef, is what I would call "easy gourmet." Unlike most cookbooks, each of the recipes looks praiseworthy, and something that I want to try. The appetizers that I have experimented with are excellent, and truly worthy of the princess for whom she cooked.

Liked many of the recipes. Healthy good and good presentation. Have a go!

I love this cookbook. I have had it for about a week and made six recipes so far and they have all been great. I was worried that some of the recipes would be very fancy and not practical for day to day cooking but this was not the case. Not too time consuming, or difficult, using mostly regular ingredients. The only thing I had trouble with was creme fraiche (which she uses in quite a few dishes) which is hit and miss at grocery stores in my city but is easy to substitute if you google it. She puts all weights and measures in grams, ounces and cups so you don't have to do any math. Quite a few "keepers" in this book I will be using on a regular basis from now on.

J’ai essayé le Orange spiced cake et il y a plusieurs autres recettes très intéressantes que je projette de réaliser sous peu, tels que les scones et les biscuits fondants Melting Moment. Un bel ajout à ma collection, autant pour les classiques anglais que pour les recettes inspirées d’autres cuisines.

Bought this book a couple of months ago and truly it is a lovely book, the pictures are luxurious to the eye and the text is well written and explained. Have made 3 recipes so far and look forward to trying more. So far - so good! Am extremely happy with book

Loved the recipes in this book. There are some new and some older recipes and new takes on some classic recipes. A good buy.
