Pretty easy to install. Looks and fit just like OEM. Would definately purchase again.

The media could not be loaded.  A new mirror was cheap enough but I took the gamble on a used alternative that was in stock.KISS: So far so good and no complaints.Functionally it operates fine, I was actually surprised how quiet the motor was when adjusting compared to the OEM one.Honestly, when I first opened the box, I wasn't certain why the item was being sold as used. I did eventually notice a small imperfection on the edge and figured that's why someone returned it.Having a mirror on my daily ASAP was what I needed. Not even concerned about painting it yet, PlastiDip'd the other side black to match until then.

The mirror on my 2001 Honda Civic was busted on a Saturday evening. I ordered this mirror about an hour later and it arrived on Monday afternoon. Fifteen minutes later, it was installed on my Civic. The only tools I needed were a flathead screwdriver, to carefully pop off the small triangle shaped molding that provided a covering for the bolts, and then an 8mm socket wrench. I removed the 3 nuts from the bolts that held the broken mirror in place, disconnected the wiring harness, slid the broken mirror out, slid the new mirror on (after I applied the weather striping tape that came with the mirror), put the nuts back on to secure the mirror, reattached the wiring harness, and popped the molding back on. VERY simple and easy to do. Another review said that while driving the mirror allowed air to come in and made noise... I did not have anything at all like that happen when I drove the interstate later that evening. The only thing that I can think of that may have been the problem for that reviewer was that he/she may not have applied the weather striping tape correctly or may not have applied it at all. I would suggest that everyone look at their broken mirror unit and see how the weather striping was applied and then apply the striping exactly the same way to the new mirror. As I said, I had no problems whatever and I certainly like the fact that I didn't have to take it in and have the dealer or a body shop do it and charge me $150 or more for something that cost me less than $30 and took only 15 minutes to do myself.

As advertised, easy to install. Excellent.

The one this comes with just isn't good. It comes with something to stick the edges with, but it feels too loose and flimsy, and doesn't stay down flat.It's possible to use the gasket this mirror comes with, but you won't be able to secure it PROPERLY. So always go on the side of safety and reuse your old gasket! It'll fit better. Otherwise, it literally only took about 15 minutes.

Not going to say anything about the quality of the product. It looks fine enough.I own a 2002 honda civic COUPE. This side mirror did not fit for me. Upon further research, I found there is a difference between fit for sedans and coupes. This product is meant for sedans. Quite annoying to find that out after taking the parts apart from my car (a lot more involved for a coupe) and reaching the final step.

Dealership wanted $590 for an Acura EL mirror (with 2 month backorder). Took a chance and ordered this. Worked perfect.
