None of these lights seem to to come with GREAT reviews. The best I see are like a B or B+ average as an analogy. Same with this light. We gave it a shot as it looked good in the photos and most of the reviews were good. We made a great choice. Quality was very good, set-up was easy, all the parts were present and in perfect shape, including the glass (which in some reviews was an issue - but it was packaged-well so I don't get it). A little pricey based on two others that we purchased and then returned prior, but nontheless, we are very happy. Looks great in our kitchen. If you want an elegant but simple piece, look no further. We really like the seeded glass - adds a little spice to the piece. We put some nice antique LED spiral bulbs in it to top-if-off and it fits our new kitchen well.

Simple Yet Updated New Look for our Kitchen Lighting
My husband is very mechanically inclined and had ZERO difficulties installing this lamp. It replaced an older 1980's country-style globe lamp with an identical ceiling fixture. So, other than ensuring the wires were properly twisted together (that's my non-electrical description of what was completed), it was very simple to assemble and put in place. The biggest decision is estimating the length of the drop that you wish to utilize. Once you CUT the wire that is provided, there is no going back. We think we got it assembled and hung correctly on the first try. We definitely recommend this product. It definitely added an updated look to our kitchen eat-in area.

Love it!
This is exactly what I wanted. It looks great and installed fairly easily. Does have the WORST INSTRUCTIONS EVER. Just needed to use your head on install. Still very worth the purchase.
