Pill is small in size which makes it easy to swallow. Has a hint of a lemony flavor

The only thing that's changed for me since taking this product is that I feel a little more energy, a little more happy during the day. I am in good health, but I have sleep disturbance problems, so I'm usually tired. I will continue to buy it to see whether its effects continue to grow.

The title says it all. I suffer so much from various ailments thru an injury years ago and have undergone 7 surgeries. I was skeptical not only if it will work but I'm also allergic to shellfish. I took one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon for a couple of days to see firstly if my system can tolerate it. At first I felt little tingling but nothing major so I continued to take it. After a few days I noticed a significant improvement in my knees, back, shoulder (places where I've had surgeries). I can't speak for anyone else but I'm about to order another bottle to make sure I don't run out. I'm trying to avoid another upcoming surgery.
