Cute
It's really cute and the water bottle served for when our little Marie was first getting used to the bigger bottle with a ball stopper in it. It is very easy to tip over and the water bottle is even easier to knock out of its holder. Once the water bottle falls it leaks out. Marie loved it, but she needed a more sturdy and warmer house. She also needed one that was easier to clean. Somehow she would get poop stuck in the castle between the steps and the wall.

Works well
Our mice like it enough. It was our only option since there was no where to hang a bottle. Sometimes they struggle to get water out but I just tap the end a few times and it works.

Water bottle sucks
There’s 2 main problems with this product. The steps are way too slippery for small hamsters to climb on their own, i had to attach a textured surface so my dwarf could actually climb to the food. The water bottle doesn’t work. It leaks so much and within 5 minutes the waters gone. I like how there’s a small house under which my hamster loves so that’s the only reason i keep it. + it keeps the food off the bedding which is nice. Overall, i had to get a new separate water bottle because of how bad it is. Just wanted to let you know what you’re in for!
