Q: Ive used opti-men from on for a few years they changed fouula with no lable or explanation. anyone here have any input on how this compares?

I’m glad I switched from Opti-men to Orange Triad. I will be on my third bottle soon, and I feel better on the Orange triad vitamins. Opti-men seemed to have their proportions all wrong and I like how I feel on these vitamins much better.

No idea,BUT, does what you take now include a combination of nutrients that give you the ability to shoot laser beams from your eyes? Prolly not.I do not know of the quality of nutrients of what you currently take, but I do know that the quality of Orange triad ids very high. For example it has methylcobalamin rather then cyanocobalamin.Both are b vitamins, the latter is the lesser expensive one it also turns to cyanide in very small amounts as your body metabolizes it.

sorry, we only make iron-free. unless you are low on iron (with proof from a blood test/doctor) you shouldnt take iron containing supplements as its relatively easy to take too much (especially for men as they cannot excrete like women of child-bearing age can)
