So many rats (and mice), so little bait.
I did set 8 bait stations in my yard where no active stations had been in months. First week I found 3 dead rats in my yard and yes, I did have to pick them up and throw their fuzzy little carcasses away. That week my neighbors reported an additional 3 in their yards, but I was not involved in those PTSD events. I know for some readers 6 dead rats is cause for a big yawn. I look at it like they were the tip of the iceberg. Previously rats had disabled my car by chewing wiring harnesses in the engine compartment to the tune of $5,000 damage so my mantra has shifted to all rats (in my territory) must die. So far so good. The bait does last for about 3 months in my environment before needing to be replaced due to damage from environmental temperature swings and moisture. Stuff in the tub in the garage is good for well over a year. I am confused why the review asked about scent because I do not notice a scent. However, the rats do seek this stuff out so perhaps there is something to the scent concerns. That's my two cents on scents.

This stuff kills them fast. Some of the other products I have used in the past makes me feel like I am just feeding them.
