I have tried pretty much every single sun product on the market over the last 20 years and for me Ultrasun 50+ is by far the best for my pale skin, my wife hates putting it on me as it is a little bit hard work but you only need to apply about twice a day depending upon temperature.

We were originally given a free sample of this to test many years ago and bow it is the only sunscreen we will buy. Unlike many others, it doesn't feel heavy or sticky on your skin once applied. It lasts for hours, it doesn't have a strong smell and it doesn't stain your clothes.My children and I have pasty pale skin and burn really quickly, so factor 50 is a must and we have never had any problems with this. I have reccomend it to several friends who become hooked after trying it and feeling how light it is. Whilst more expensive the fact it last so long means you don't apply it too often so it does last a reasonably long time.I also have been sensitive to several sunscreens I have tried in the past- leaving my skin blistered and sore. This does not do this so I'd recommend it if you have been searching for one that doesn't irritate you.

This is brilliant for those wanting hi factor protection, you do need a bit of topping up if in/out of water a lot, only downside is it’s pricey.

Use daily and find it ok!

Ease of use and application rapidly absorbed by the skin, good UV protection and not affected by water or swimming. We used in Greece in high temperatures and high exposure without problems. Would buy again, expensive but also good value as does not need frequent applications!

Our son has fair skin and hair and therefore tends to burn quite easily. Although we were a little apprehensive due to the cost of this product, I have to say this has by far been the best lotion (for us) by far. The protection provided is excellent, albeit can be a little difficult to spread when applying.The product is waterproof and should be re-applied as necessary to suit the conditions, but, we have found that even when we have been a little lax in re-applying still provides long lasting quality protection - to the point where you can see like night and day if you havent quite spread the lotion to all places.All in all would definitely reccommend.

I apply every morning before work and it seems to give great sun protection and it dries in well (not sticky).I don't end up covered in dust after an hour like most of the cheap ones.I apply once and I generally get away with that.It's expensive, and is getting more so; but I think it's far better than anything else I've tried for my job (general farming)
