The trimmer is good value. The upper lips and chin get trimmed well. The whole product is very good, if you learn how to use the product.

Comes in a nice zippered case. All the attachments work pretty well, and it doesn't hurt. The bikini trimmer isn't as effective as I was expecting, but I've never tried an electric Trimmer before.

Edit: 5/30/2023: Changing back to a 5 star, as customer service was lovely and gave me my money back! The trimmer is great for trimming lady parts and you can use it without the guard to leave short hairs on your legs, although an electric shaver is best to get smooth skin. Edit 3/13/2023: Changing to a 2 star. I bought this in August of last year, and used it about 7-8 times. Since the last time, it has stopped working. I think it's the bottom part that's the issue. When I click the on button with no attachments on, the motor spins but once I put in an attachment and lock it in, it doesn't move the blades at all. I tried soaking the attachments in water to get the hair out, but nothing helped. Sometimes shaking it or hitting it makes the blades start again but only for a few seconds. Once you go to use it, the blades slow down and then stop completely. This is definitely worth the money! Super easy to use. It comes with several attachments, and the only one that I haven't tried to use out of fear is the eyebrow trimmer guard. I also don't use the eyebrow attachment because it's hard to angle the machine in the right way and plucking is the best when it comes to eyebrows so that it doesn't leave a little black dot where the hair is. It is very useful for chin hairs and facial hair (like a mustache, ladies). I also use it without a guard on my leg hair before shaving so that I'm not shaving super long hairs. And it's very useful for the bikini area! It does leave the hair a bit hard since you have just trimmed it, but that can be solved by putting conditioner on the bikini hair area or other methods

I'm 31 and have NEVER trimmed my eyebrows. I'm not a girly girl and have no idea how to do it well. I don't even know what shape they are supposed to be or how to arch them or anything. However, they are a tad thick (even in the middle, not like an obvious uni brow, but a bit of one). This made it so easy to do something to them. I put in the guard and went backwards and they were thin. I took off the guard and shaved between them and the uni brow is gone. When it starts to come back it will take like 10 seconds at most to take care of it. I'm so happy; I've never wanted to endure the pain of plucking (call me a wuss), and I KNOW myself that I would not have the time to do it and it would start getting out of hand. I also like the bikini trimmer for my bikini area and underarms. It gets super close on my underarms and a good length in the bikini area (by going backwards) without making me look pre-pubescent. I don't see myself ever using the one hair attachment or the disposable razor.

Worked great for a while. Until I dropped it and it broke a few months later. But I've since gotten the Phillips Oneblade and it is WAY better.

This trimmer is everything I wanted in a facial trimmer. I have had some annoying chin hairs popping up recently and can't afford to get waxed every week. This trimmer is the only thing that keeps my face hair-free without making me break out. It has several different attachments for various areas and they all work great. The battery life is good as well, I have used it many times over the last couple of months and haven't had to change the battery. For the price point, this trimmer is unbeatable!

I LOVE this device so much! I wish I had enough time to derma plane my face everyday, but I don't! This device faces my face feel so smooth and shaved, every single time I use it! I have bought a second one to use elsewhere (besides my face) and bought one for my mom as well (she wants to derma plane too, but again she doesn't have the time)! I would suggest this device literally for anyone who has stubborn hairs that grow in fast or thick!

This electronic razor orks as I expected, it comes with different pieces to shave different parts of your body, and it works very well. It's a good tool to have if you normally get razor bumps and you are lo for something that won't give you razor bumps.

Does what it is to do, and easy to use

to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Purchased this yesterday for my mom and got it delivered within a couple hours. it was supposed to be for her birthday today. She was so happy, so it was disappointing when it did not turn on. It came with a lot of attachments and seemed nice, which makes this such a disappointment. I will be returning and never purchasing again! I will now have to go to the store and look for a different brand.
