Received this replica today. It's incredible -- heavily made of metal, good mechanisms, working trigger and hammer, with oiled metal. Heavy and feels 100% real. The wooden handle was a bit loose, but easily tightened down with a screwdriver. It's SO real looking that I had to order orange tape and a plastic cap so I don't get arrested in public on Halloween!

I bought this gun and a holster to go with it for my dad as a gift. He's big into westerns and I knew he'd love it. The gun looked good online and seemed to be from a reputable manufacturer so I figured what the hell. When I got the gun in the mail the first thing that shocked me was how heavy it was. It is built tough with strong metal not that fake stuff. It definitely has some weight to it. The other thing that I was very happy about was how well it worked. It spins, it has the chamber where you can insert bullets (you can't really but you can open the chamber), the hammer pulls back everything. There is even a barrel cleaner. It definitely is a good buy if you are looking to practice spinning, quick draw, or just for fun. You can also just use it as decoration and put it on a stand on your desk or hang it on your wall. It looks good enough just for show. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a good replica of what they used in the wild west.

This is a perfect little replica for practicing gun slinging, it is balanced like it should be and is pretty rugged. I would recommend practicing over carpet as the gun is heavy and might break or get badly marred over concrete or tile. All aspects of the gun function fully from the trigger to the hammer to the cylinder. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because although the cylinder spins, it does not spin well, it has a little wiggle room and rattles a bit when you spin it. Otherwise, its a great little replica. Probably the only reason this gun wouldnt fire is because the barrel doesnt go all the way to the cylinder.
