Git this to replace the nothing foam that comes with new hose bib covers. Used oily jue fish glue. Covers will last many seasons now.

We used these strips to sell up a window on the outside that we installed an AC unit it. Does the job well when you get the right size.

Package arrived on time and with zero packing or shipping issues. The stripping has a very strong density to it yet pliable enough to feel like a hard sponge. Some of the weather stripping I've had in the past feels too hard and almost old or stale. This product is strong and does a good job as a barrier. Adhesive did its job, but I did have to re-attach a couple edges. Could have been my prep that caused it. Definitely will buy this product again if/when I need it.

I know these are supposed to be used for keeping the elements out around doors and windows. But I got the product as an experiment for a more pressing need. For some reason, I noticed I have been visited by foraging insects looking for food in my cabinets. I keep an immaculate kitchen and even have bulk food sealed in air tight containers. But still the problem persisted, disgustingly! There had been a small gap between the cabinet doors all around their perimeter that granted easy access to slip behind and in. Since these strips are dense but still offer some compression. I removed the doors and applied these strips around the entire perimeter of my cabinets then reattached the doors. To really seal the deal, literally, I bought earth magnets for cabinets to hold the doors tightly and securely snug against the stripping. So far it's worked exactly as I imagined. Judging by the easy application and dense foam, I imagine they will serve their intended purpose as well to keep weather out. I did purchase more for that purpose and will apply it soon. So regardless of your intended use, it is a dense, easy to use product that worked out perfectly meeting my unique needs.

PERFECT

The product is 1/2 the advertised length, in terms length... There is a Splice in the middle of the roll. Each of the 2 rolls is made of 2 lengths (eg 4 lengths total)... each these lengths is only ~6-1/2 feet long. (I was expecting 2 rolls, each measuring 13ft long, for total of 26ft) That said, the product is Excellent, and worked for me... although I ended up with a Butt Splice that I otherwise would prefer to not have.

Lasted about a month then the adhesive stopped working

Bought these for my ill fitting windows in the living room. I wasn't expecting much, but actually these are thick and good quality. Others I have used have just fallen to bits. Easy to cut and fix, with very good quality adhesive.

Too soon to rate on longevity - but very happy with ease of fitting - great for the job I needed it for

Good quality and perfect for sealing the air gaps in my up and over garage door. Time consuming to fit but great for keeping out the draughts.
