Gyn doctor recommended this and vitamin E for tender breast and wow have I not felt this good while on and before my period. They are little big but not bad and easy to swallow and price is right! Would buy again and again!

Big pill, but not difficult to swallow. Good product. Works to help alleviate symptoms of PMS and keep hormone levels up.

Some of the other primrose vitamins have other vitamins included. This is pure and processed in a way that doesn't cause havoc with my guts. I think the dosage makes a difference too.

I’ve been taking these several months now for traveling pain/sensitivity in my breast. These worked so quickly for me! By the third day the pain was gone! A week later I forgot to take these and the pain was back - never forgetting again! I do still have occasional pain but it’s fleeting and nothing like the constant pain I had before! The pills are quite large, but I’ve never had trouble swallowing them.

Use these daily and have for a couple years. Easy to swallow gelcaps.

I take evening primrose to control hot flashes, it WORKS! Primrose was actually recommended by my physician and it's probably the best recommendation ever made.
