They take a while to dissolve completely so i crunch them up in my mouth so they can dissolve faster- works fast for injuries- bruises are a thing of the past- helps me deal with my overall chronic inflammationTruth: I dislike taking pills/supplements/vitamins because it feels like an extra chore to me. But I realized I prefer it over dealing with symptoms that get in the way of my life due to a condition caused by chronic inflammation. After having no success with past doctors I was able to get advice from a naturopathic practitioner and I now take this Arnica along with Ignatia, glucosamine, zinc, and drink plenty of water that I add trace minerals into. This cocktail along with consistent 7-8 hrs of sleep, commitment to prayer/meditation daily, and avoiding toxins, has taken my pain and discomfort from an 8 to 3 in the last month, and I still continue to make progress. I notice that when I consume more than a little bit of sweets my symptoms are worse the next day because of it. I’ve found that intermittent fasting helps me avoid that, while providing a handful of other benefits. My Patience has been tested at times but it’s paying off. Honestly I purchased because I was getting lip injections. I did not have any down time, so I was worried about looking like a duck during the healing process. This worked for me!!! I let 5 of them melt in my mouth 3x a day. I had a bit of swelling, but it was gone after 72 hours. As for the bruise I have a nasty one inside my lip, but it appears better each day. So this product did not prevent bruises instead it decreased the intensity of them. Next time I'll probably take it days before instead the morning of. Also a bonus, I didn't have any neck pain during use. I'm going to continue taking this for the awful back and neck pain I have.

I have a 3 1/2 pound Maltese. At 9 years old, there are many times when he just doesn't seem to be doing well. I bought this product because I was about to undergo a procedure and wanted to decrease the post-procedure bruising. It was truly amazing how quickly my bruises faded. However, more importantly, I am writing this review to pass along the 'accidental' benefit I received from this product. I am a diabetic and use insulin and other oral meds, I quickly noticed on the second day of using this product that my blood sugar dropped. I decided to continue to test this and have discovered that using Arnica after meals has significantly reduced my blood sugar. I went on to research the use of Arnica for diabetes and discovered that many Homeopathics treat diabetic patients with Arnica (in different doses). I am very encouraged and plan to continue to test this.

This product was prescribed by our doctor to take before and after surgery. Son took it religiously for about a week...before noticing that he was taking the WRONG PRODUCT. He received the wrong product and was taking it! Instead of taking a product to reduce inflammation and pain, he was taking something for bedwetting and bladder control! Still in shock....

I was seriously skeptical of homeopathic medicine before trying this arnica montana for chronic pain. It definitely takes the edge off fibro and joint pain! These little "sugar pills" have been accused of being just a placebo, but for those of us that they work for when nothing else does, it is a welcome relief. I find that if I remember to take them twice a day I have much less pain and am able to sleep better at night. The dispenser on most homeopathic medicine is a bit tricky until you get used to it. Just break the seal on the top, invert, give it a couple of twists clockwise and open the top to discover your tiny sub lingual pills. Would definitely recommend that you give these a try.

Great product. Used this after having a total mastectomy 2 yrs ago, it was given to me by my ND. Healing results were amazing! No bruising, swelling, etc. My breast surgeon was very impressed with my quick healing! Recently I injured my intercostal rib muscle which was extremely painful. Having had great success with this product in the past, I ordered it on Amazon. Once again great success! My pain is going away after just a few days! WOW!!!! Glad I tried Arnica again!!!
