Collagen Building Protein Peptides, Tahitian Vanilla, 500 g

Have tried soooo many collagen supplements, from powder to pill, but this one has been the most effective by far. Thicker hair, nail growth, better skin, thicker and longer eyelashes (plus more numerous eyelashes - it really makes them grow), feel springy in the joints...if I run out, I start to notice it. The bottle says you can take up to 2 scoops a day. I haven't tried that yet, I take one scoop at night with some tea. But you can put it in anything - a smoothie or your coffee. I prefer to take it at night and let it work while I rest. There's something about this mix that works better, for me at least, than a lot of the collagen pills or even other powders. I like the vanilla taste too. I guess that's a personal preference though. I tried the fudge version and another flavor, but they were too strong and I think this one is the best. If you take 1 scoop a night for 2.5 to 3 weeks you will understand completely what I am saying in this review because that's about the time you start to notice the effects.

Obviously this is a very good collagen/ protein workout powder from a truly great brand but the taste is difficult for me. I have only tried it with water so far as it just arrived today but hopefully that taste could be masked with other ingredients. Apparently you can put it in your coffee so perhaps I will try this too.

Collagen is usually tasteless but this one is not. It is horrible. Returns are not allowed so think carefully before buying! I cannot see the point of making a product so bad that few can bear it!!!! Amazon is becoming really annoying with products which cannot be returned so I am Going to shop supplements from other places. If you are going to change your policy overnight, I will take back my custom! No problem!

I personally love ❤️ that collagen mixed with water, I mix 1/2 scoop with approximately 1 litre and drink two of these a day. I’ve been using it for about 6 months and it has begun to make a difference in tightening up excess skin. If you’re looking for plant based this one is great in the vanilla and for less sweet, the unflavoured. The vanilla is definitely more desirable but the unflavoured may be even better for you. Haven’t tried the chocolate. If you’re looking for animal based Perfect Keto would be my pick .
