The flavor is okay. You taste it for a few seconds and then it’s gone. How well does it work? It doesn’t, at all. I took it 30 minutes before eating food and nothing changed. Then I tried an hour, 2 hours, 5 hours before eating food and it still didn’t work. If anything, I seemed to be even more hungry 🤔. It also says it will help you focus and be energized…didn’t do that either. The description says available for refund or exchange but when I went to refund it I wasn’t able to.

Prescription pills and over the counter pills NONE of them work for my appetite and you know what those ones are so I don’t need to list them. These pills I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon and they completely curb my appetite. You need to drink a full glass of water minimum with each dosage. First, I will say the seller was great. Item was delivered as promised. The first few days of taking the product, I felt wonderful. It definitely curbed my appetite. However, a few weeks in, while it still curbed my appetite, I began gaining weight. I have gained 5 lbs now since starting the product, despite eating clean and less as well as getting in my 10,000 steps a day and working out in between. I did some research and found that if you are Leptin resistant, this product will not work and, in fact, can cause you to gain weight. It does not have actual Leptin in it. So, while this product may work wonderfully for some, it is not for me or anyone who may be Leptin resistant. But you don't know until you know.
