Good solid product, fair value. Got rid of the cheesy spare tire and got a real own rim and tire that this lift works perfectly with and secures it well in our GMc Yukon Denali. A good product. Thanks!

Fits good. The price was great.

Good as OEM
Well built. Easy to install. Works fine. A tip I learned thru experience. Never - I mean NEVER - wind this winch up without a tire attached to it. With no weight on it the cable will bind and catch and then it is toast. Will never work again after that. As long as there is weight on it when winding up or down you are okay.

Will fail.
Lasted about a year and a few months, then failed same as the old one. Flawed design allows cable to get jammed on itself, and messes up the cheap plastic. Im done trying to use this style of hoist, id rather just a spare in the bed or something else, anything but this joke.

Easy install. Be sure to follow directions and don’t try to roll it up when you receive it. It is set at the factory. I installed it and pulled on the cable as I unrolled it ( as per instructions). The heavy full size tire went up nicely when rolled up. This is day one and I’m happy with the product. Install required the removal of 1 bolt which came out easily despite 285k miles on my Avalanche. As long as the tire remains where it is, I would definitely buy it again. Price point was great. Again, this review is day 1.

Perfect fit for my 2005 Escalade and meant I wasn't carrying the spare tire in the hatch anymore. I had put off replacing it due to the cost of a GM original. But this was a great price and worked for my purposes.
