This antenna is nice however even with the 160 mile promise. It does depend on the location to get the best channel still. I tried it at a friends while at my home as well and we got completely different channel sets so the product works. It provided me with a few good channels such as fox and NBC. The quality provided was solid but even if it does detect the channel, the quality of the picture may be poor or not even show. It does have some flickering and make sure it is in a location where you do not need to move because then you would need to rescan the channel. If you happen to be in a room with no windows this may hinder the signal. For best performance, try to have this device next to a window. There is a long range and short range switch to amplify the signal. The antenna is very big for what you get and thus I dont recommend putting it behind the TV as it loses signal and may not even fit. It definitely picks up more channel then many smaller antennas would but be careful not to have this on the edge of the table or anything. The wires are easy to manage and the device is powered via USB that you can attach to your TV or your box which is what I do. I did not see an performance difference for the TV USB or a wall outlet. Overall this does provide you with a few stations but be aware it may not give you the channels you want. It also may give you channels that do not work at all as it cannot process the signal well enough to give a clearer picture.

We just cut the cord and I was looking for an antenna so my husband could watch sports on our local channels. I ordered a couple antennas to compare at home including the mohu curve 30, mohu blade and terk indoor amplified antenna. All of those antennas had fuzzy, unreliable channels and found somewhere between 35-42 channels and none of those found channel 10 which is ABC in our area. This antenna found 53 channels and had a more reliable picture for every channel. We live in Miami and we receive the Palm Beach PBS channels, which is far! This antenna was far superior to more expensive antennas. I placed it in on the window sill of a first floor window and it worked out great. It's slim and comes on a stand that is easy to place. Installation was quick and easy. Very happy with this purchase!

It's a very small flat box-like antenna so it's not some ugly monstrosity hanging in your window. It does pull in quite a few stations but not near the number it promised. If you're looking for 86 channels, you'll need to look elsewhere, but if your satisfied with your local news and a few additional channels like Comet and Ion, this will work just fine.

I live in NW Arkansas, about 5 miles east of central Fayetteville. My TV is NOT conveniently located by a window so I just have the antenna sitting on the tv stand. I am able to pick up 7 channels: ABC, NBC, FOX, CW, MeTV, LAFF, and Grit. If I stretch the cord across my living room to move the antennae to the window, I can also pick up CBS, Justice, and ant TV. With the hills that we have in this area, I was pleasantly surprised that it WORKED! I am very pleased with the channels that I receive - the picture is amazingly clear!

Doesn’t work as well as cheaper versions. I was disappointed and I live in a place where I have no trouble getting a signal. Last time I got a cheap one, worked great but I ruined it when I was rearranging living room and took it down to move it. I really like the idea of not having to hang one up so I got this one. But it doesn’t work as well either way sitting upright or hanging up. Really thin poor quality connecting wires.

I have used several over the air HD antenna's, but this one works the best. Where I live, reception is not very good, but with this antenna I am able to pull in all the channels in my area. I'm most impressed with the lack of pixelization, which has been a big problem with other antennas. One thing I think is very important when using over the air antennas is position is everything. It is a pain, but well worth it to move the antenna to different positions and rescan channels. I literally moved this antenna about a foot to the right and some of the weaker channels came in strong. I highly recommend this antenna. It is very easy to install and really works well.

I wanted to put a tv in my kitchen. My kitchen is an addition and all cable lines run in crawl space, but the kitchen is on a slab. I already have a HD antenna on roof and I get 60 stations. but with the 160 miles tv antenna/unbruvo I could only get 16 channels half of them were religious or Spanish speaking. I have 5 local stations but only pick up 2. I would like to say the stations that I did pick up came in clear as a bell. I thought this would save me a lot of work. I have return this item its not for me. Debra

I really like the price point here for the antenna. I have 3 televisions, one in the upstairs bedroom, one downstairs living room and one in the garage. I bought 3 antennas and they all work great. I am able to pick up channels in all locations in the my house, and I keep the antennas in optimal places like a window sill or mounted high on the wall. One of the antennas is sitting next to a tv in a not-so-optimal place and it still works well. The set up is minimal. The design is sleek and I like the option of standing it up or mounting it on the wall. Very happy with these antennas.
